Cod & Lobster is a local fishmonger's in Scarborough, looking to establish a strong social media presence from scratch.

The business needed consistent, high-quality content and social media management to attract local customers, showcase product freshness, and build trust within the community.

Objectives & Scope of Work

From launch, my goal was to build local visibility and grow Facebook and Instagram from zero into an engaged community. I created fresh content showcasing product quality and behind-the-counter moments, supported by demographic location paid ads and ongoing social media management.

This approach established a recognisable brand voice, grew the accounts to 3,000 followers, increased local reach, and delivered a repeatable monthly content system that continues to drive engagement around featured products.
